So it looks like somebody finally asked the question but was there an answer? This comes from Wonkett and the Boston Globe. Maybe the market is openeing up for this type of examination...or maybe ot took a month for the Whitehouse to give the go-ahead to the "press" for questions to be asked. In the education world it's called giving the kids who need it more time to grasp a subject than than those who can handle the normal pace of school.
