Activism After a Break

After a bit of a blog break I think I’m ready to get going on this thing again.

Walter Cronkite posted this blog entry on the Huffington Post. The most trusted man in journalism inspired me to join the Virtual March to End Global Warming and invite folks to do the same. While I’m not one to invade personal e-mails I do invite you to click here and register your name in the march.

I am all for anything that can bring enough public pressure to our “elected” officials to get them off of there asses when it comes to environmental policy change. The U.S. has stood on the outside of the movement, occasionally sticking its foot out to trip up any real progress that gains momentum, for far too long. It’s time we stopped hindering the global environmental movement and started using our immense power and influence to fuel positive change!
