A Friday...A Reference

My theory that there is at least one Star Wars Reference a week in first run mainstream media has managed to hold true for yet another week, though I had to look hard at the last minute to find it. It seems the summer Hiatus was probably not the best time to start this thing so we must look to the movies.

Today I saw Knocked Up. A movie masked as a crude rollick that was really a get you when you're not looking chick flick. AND FOR THE RECORD I DID NOT CRY.
Being full of gen X-rs trying to look like gen Y-rs it was full of Star Wars references so I'll just go with one. While making fun of the female lead her producer tells her she looks like "Jabba Dying" complete with tongue out gaging visual. Episode VI Return of the Jedi.

Any one see any other that I missed?

Once again the rough guidelines I follow:

· They must have been seen at some point during the week between Saturday and Friday a

· No previously viewed reruns, this one will have to be on the honor system, if we know it’s coming it’s not fair.

· I will do my best to name the episode number being referenced.

· If anyone sees one that week and wants to chime in you are welcome.

· Shows dedicated to Star Wars count.

· Occasionally I will find a reference in a non-SW movie but only in emergencies.

· Please bust me if I screw up just be nice, this is just for shits and giggles so don’t come down on me too hard.
