May Day..Almost Missed It

I almost let May Day slip by without a proud nod to the workers of the world and to my Grandparents. My Grandfather was part of the Great GM Sit Down Strike in Flint MI. in 1936-1937. My Grandmother was one of the family members who faced the National Guard to bring the strikers food. For those who do not have the BASIC rights that these folks fought for take heart, organize and keep up the struggle.
