I imagine this is what my life will be like if I ever have a son...

It also vaguely connects to the post below

Seriously, if you have a sort of off kilter sense of humor and you’re not afraid of being offended occasionally you must check out Married to the Sea.

I have two of those especially odd creatures known as sons. They are the best thing I have ever done, but they can definitely make me nutso sometimes.

Many times.

This web site (comics) is a scream. Love it.

Yes, two. Both TEENAGERS! 13 and 18. Major handfull. But lovable.

I have something like 50 female students at the moment. While I am sure your sweetpea is precious, I thank the Lord every day that he did not send me daughters. Raising girls these days has got to be tougher, in some ways, than raising boys. We adults have not done enough to smooth their way, I fear.

Two younger sisters and teaching 13-16 year-olds for a few years have inspired me to dedicate the next years of my life to coming up with a way to stop the growth cycle at age 8-11, skip 12-21 completely and start again after she has finished undergraduate work in particle physics and women's studies... That's realistic right? Right?

Absolutely. Let us know how that works out. I got a bunch of parents here who will be calling you...

18 days left.
