Our babysitter had to go to the hospital last week. She is fine, but we had to scramble for child care for a few days. Luckily the wife has a job in which allows her to take time to take care of things like this when there is an emergency. The up side is that she was able to spend some quality time with the daughter before Easter. We are also suddenly hit with the idea that babysitter may not be able to keep the little girl for much longer. Concerned is not the word.
We are done with spring break and begin, (sigh) testing tomorrow. I hate testing. HOWEVER, this is the first time in my short career that the group I teach is not tested for the content I teach. This makes the pressure of testing is much, much less than in previous years. My only concern is that I make a mistake administering the damn thing. At my first school a first year Math teacher almost lost her job and license because she passed out dictionaries on the wrong day for a writing test. Wasn’t even her fault… I hate testing.
Enough whining for one post...

We just finished testing. Thank God.
I think you're entitled to more whining than that.
