While at a panel discussion before the 2000 presidential election a friend of mine responded to a lament about the fact the GW Bush was doing well in the polls against Gore by saying “maybe what we need is Bush in there fucking things up for awhile to open our eyes how bad things can be ”. I remember thinking… “yeah, four years of this guy will turn the whole freakin country into Dems in no time” Unfortunately it seems to have taken a hurricane to open our eyes to how bad the poorest Americans can have it under a republican “line the pockets of your millionaire buddies and let the lower classes drown in the streets” type government that W. has built for us…Us…U.S. I mean a mistake here and there are honestly expected but the list keeps getting longer and this many mistakes by our “leadership” is completely off the page of acceptable.
Disabling the Army Corps of Engineers
Cronyism puts the wrong man in charge and LA pays for it.
Continuing to undercut public education all over the country LA just puts it in the spotlight
And with that I have to stop though the list just keeps gettting longer and longer and more and more embarrassing...
